Luckily, Uncle Sam "won't let me ride" (wink-wink) anywhere without the local safety course. It's free to GIs, since without it, we can't get our base sticker that allows us through the front gate. Another bonus, before I start strappin the wife to the back, she can take it for free also, even though she's just a 'dependent'. That way she'll know what's going on between the handle and sissy bars! ;)
